01 · PRIVACY
What we collect, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Parallax Advisory ("we", "our") is the data controller for this site. Parallax Advisory is the trading name of the consultancy founded by Andy Parton in 2026, registered in England and Wales (company 17147598), with a registered address at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. What we collect
Two kinds of information:
- Contact-form data. If you send an enquiry, request a case study, or book a SURVEY call, you choose what you share — typically name, organisation, role, work email, and a short description of what you're commissioning. The optional confidentiality checkbox flags the submission as discreet so we route it accordingly.
- Analytics. If you accept analytics via the cookie banner, we collect aggregated, anonymised information about how the site is used (pages viewed, referring source, broad device class). We do not link this back to you personally.
Why we collect it · lawful basis
Contact-form submissions are processed on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Analytics is processed on the basis of consent, opt-in only via the banner.
How long we keep it
Enquiry submissions are kept for as long as we are in active conversation about an engagement, then for a further 24 months for follow-up — after which they are deleted unless we have a contractual reason to retain them. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics 4's default 14-month window.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. The only third parties who handle it are the infrastructure providers we use to run the site and the inbox — currently the hosting provider, the form-processing provider, the analytics provider, and our email host. Each operates under their own published privacy and security terms.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@parallaxadvisory.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This site is provided as is. Content is published for information and to introduce Parallax Advisory's work — it is not advice on any specific brief, and reading it does not create a consulting or advisory relationship.
External links are included where useful for substantiation. Linking to a third party is not an endorsement of that party or anything else they publish.
Parallax Advisory's name, the PA/ mark, and the wordmark are the property of Parallax Advisory. All other brand names, product names, marks and trademarks belong to their respective owners — see the case-study disclaimer below.

Figures are drawn from the public sources cited on each case page. Commercially confidential results are shown directionally or discussed under NDA. Where a case is described as a contributor to a publicly-reported outcome, it is named as a contributor — not the sole cause.
Outcomes reflect specific engagements and are not a guarantee of future results.

Flagged submissions are routed discreetly. We hold clear information walls between clients and never carry one client's confidential work into another's.
